Recently, fire weather concerns emerged in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma due to favorable conditions. Fire dangers also emerged in Kansas and Colorado due to strong winds and low relative humidity.

In the Mississippi River, the forecast shows that a wet weather pattern could unfold. In the lower 48 and east of the Rockies, much average temperatures could occur. Meanwhile, heavy elevation snow could impact parts of the West in the early week.

In Tampa Bay, a Special Marine Warning was issued for potentially hazardous conditions, particularly in Englewood to Tarpon, and Tarpon Springs to Suwannee River.
